Shipping Costs
We try our best and work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost.
The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see an item's estimated shipping cost when you checkout. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Shipping to a Different Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, you need to confirm it by email. And, we will not response for any loss shipping a UNCONFIRMED address. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. For PayPal users, please confirm your shipping address or add addtional confirmed shipping address. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address before you place an order helps us process your order more quickly.

My Item Is Missing
You need the tracking number in order to track your items. And, you have to have the item number and your shipping address for requesting the tracking number. If you still have questions about items missing from your order, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

My Order Didn't Arrive
Orders shipped through our Priority and Express shipping options can be tracked on our shipping carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Shippment. We're sorry, but orders shipped by the international option cannot be tracked door to door. If you still have questions about an order that has not arrived, please contact us and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Associates will be happy to help you.

An Item Is Damaged or Defective
We are committed to your total shopping satisfaction. If an item you receive from nwite.com is defective, please read our store policy before emailing us.

How to Change or Cancel an Order?
You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Cancel." You can also cancel an order after you've completed it, provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment. You need to email us ahead within 24 hours. Or, you won't able to refund your shipping and handling fee once we process the shippment.

If you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel the order and place a new one, or you can place a new order for the items that you did not include in the first order.

*We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us with UNOPENED original packaging after you receive them. However, the shipping and handling fee can't be refunded.
